If a specific component needs to be ordered, we arrange the supply and return visit without an additional call-out fee. Our technicians hold commonly used high-turnover parts in their vans, so many repairs can be completed during the initial visit, subject to component availability.
In many cases, repairing is the more practical option. Around 90% of the appliances we assess are successfully repaired, and age alone does not determine whether an appliance is worth fixing. We consider the appliance’s condition, the repair required, parts availability and overall cost before recommending replacement. If repair is not practical, we can also help with replacement, installation and testing.
