Repairperson was very expert and understood the issues well - I am very confident in his work. The telephone for the head office/enquiry line was very difficult to hear/cutting out and impossible to know if accurate information was able to be communitcated both ways. They should invest in a new phone system. It is a serious impediment to the business.Waiting now for the predictable replacement part to be ordered and a second visit to install it and check if it is a fix. 5 days or 24hrs?

Outstanding service. I had the common dilemma of a 20 year stove that stopped working. When I looked into replacement I was up for 2k or more. I contacted National Appliance Repairs to see if they could assess. Henry was he very knowledgeable repairman and I couldn't be happier with the service.
