I gave an earlier review of the service I received from Quality Appliance Repairs Adelaide, but I really need to give a shout out to the national team who answer the phone, listen to your 'problem', request further details and then immediately book a techician to come deal with your situation. The follow-up with an email confirming the booking of the technician (Josh) to attend and further information that detailed what would be involved - no surprises. Only clear details of what to expect and what the costs would be (very reasonable, especially if you pay in cash). I was impressed by the follow-up phone call after the work was finished to see if we were happy. Very genuine. Very professional.
