Josh was fantastic. He called me before arriving, was very friendly. He had the part on hand and fixed the dishwasher quickly. The whole process was pleasant and efficient from booking the job to completion.

I gave an earlier review of the service I received from Quality Appliance Repairs Adelaide, but I really need to give a shout out to the national team who answer the phone, listen to your 'problem', request further details and then immediately book a techician to come deal with your situation. The follow-up with an email confirming the booking of the technician (Josh) to attend and further information that detailed what would be involved - no surprises. Only clear details of what to expect and what the costs would be (very reasonable, especially if you pay in cash). I was impressed by the follow-up phone call after the work was finished to see if we were happy. Very genuine. Very professional. We are very impressed with the whole organisation and people involved.
