My booking was to inspect carry out maintenance if necessary for Fisher & Pykel Dishwasher & Wall oven. Mick arrived promptly and straight -away inspected the dishwasher which was of main concern. At the end of the service the noise coming from the dishwasher was gone . He also inspected my oven. The cooking timer was not working although, both oven clock & the oven was both working before the visit. As oven model was not particularly clear on both user guide and service warranty brochures, Mick took his time to move oven out of the wall cabinet I took photo of the make/model of the Fisher & Pykel and advise me to save for future reference. There was nothing wrong with oven the LCD for the oven timer was stuck. Turning the main switch did the trick. Mick was able to test/set both clock and timer He showed me correct way of cleaning the drain. Advice to cleaning of dishwasher drain every few weeks. Mick was pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat client Highly recommend Quality Appliance repair.
