Jimmy and Ashwin were friendly, efficient and most importantly fixed our oven. Replacement parts have a 1 year warranty. The job was originally quoted as a single technician but due to the size of the oven a second was required. However they were able to get a second technician out quite quickly, though for additional cost. Good service

Henry from Nationwide Appliance Repairs was very professional and efficient, quickly identifying the damaged part of my washing machine and implementing a temporary fix until a replacement part arrived. When it did, he had things sorted in a matter of minutes. Lovely and polite gentleman.
Repairperson was very expert and understood the issues well - I am very confident in his work. The telephone for the head office/enquiry line was very difficult to hear/cutting out and impossible to know if accurate information was able to be communitcated both ways. They should invest in a new phone system. It is a serious impediment to the business.Waiting now for the predictable replacement part to be ordered and a second visit to install it and check if it is a fix. 5 days or 24hrs?
I was given a four hour timeslot. My repairman Henry called me 15 mins before arrival in that time. He was courteous and began job straight away. Explained and showed me the problem and how to manage a dodgy button in microwave. All good!👍

Outstanding service. I had the common dilemma of a 20 year stove that stopped working. When I looked into replacement I was up for 2k or more. I contacted National Appliance Repairs to see if they could assess. Henry was he very knowledgeable repairman and I couldn't be happier with the service. I did have to wait for parts but each time i got Henry and he fixed everything. Cannot recommend this company enough. They tell you up front of costs and are very reliable.
We had a E4 error on our Delonghi dishwasher after just moving house. The usual steps failed so called Nationwide Appliance Service, next morning Henry arrived, very professional, he did a quick diagnosis of the problem replaced the non Delonghi brand drain hose, all fixed. Fast professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend using Nationwide.

Jimmy from Nationwide appliances was efficient and courteous, ringing about 30mins before he came and communicating well about what the problem with our Fisher and Paykal dishwasher and what was required. The motor needed replacing which was expensive so rinse your plates so hard objects don't get into and damage the motor. Would be very happy to use this service again . Julia
