Jimmy delivered the sad news that my dishwasher pump had died an ugly death. He tried to fix it but the piece of glass in there had other ideas. The pump was duly ordered and he’s just installed it and it runs like a dream! Jimmy was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He rang 15mins before his arrival (as agreed). I requested a technician mid morning to check out my wall oven as it wasn’t heating. Henry, the technician turned up late in the afternoon. He quickly found the problem and installed a new element at the back of the oven. Jimmy from Nationwide appliances was efficient and courteous, ringing about 30mins before he came and communicating well about what the problem with our Fisher and Paykal dishwasher and what was required. The motor needed replacing which was expensive so rinse your plates so hard objects don't get into and damage the motor. Would be very happy to use this service again . Julia
